We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist (full-time, onsite) to join our team from 9 am to 6 pm EST time.
The mission of this job is to plan, optimize, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across all channels to generate qualified leads, maximize ROI, and drive scalable growth for the company or its clients.
As a Marketing Strategist at Top Position, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic (SEO, content, email) channels to drive qualified leads and conversions;
Optimizing marketing funnels and campaign performance by monitoring key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, and LTV, and making data-driven improvements;
Managing the setup, execution, and performance of ad campaigns while ensuring alignment with overall business and sales goals;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers—to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent execution;
Tracking and analyzing campaign data and customer journeys using dashboards and analytics tools to uncover insights and improve performance;
Implementing and improving CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Salesforce) for lead scoring, segmentation, and email workflow.
What will set you up for success?
Hard skills:
Proven experience in a strategic digital marketing role (2+ years preferred), managing large-scale campaigns;
Expertise in Meta advertising and funnel-building strategies;
Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($50,000+ per month);
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign);
Building and optimizing marketing funnels (lead magnets, landing pages, nurture flows);
Proficiency in SEO strategy, content planning, and keyword research;
Email marketing and automation (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp);
Funnel builder experience: ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Unbounce;
Analytics and reporting: Looker Studio, UTM tracking, attribution;
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
Copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns;
Budget forecasting and ROI tracking.
Soft skills:
Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing with business goals;
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Project management and the ability to meet deadlines;
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing freelancers;

Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
Not necessarily, but it will be a plus:
- Understanding of neuromarketing or consumer psychology in funnel design;
- Experience with B2B lead generation or high-ticket offer funnel;
- Ability to train junior team members or manage outsourced vendors.
