🔎 The case:
Rich businessman Jeremy Travers was found shot to death in his bedroom on the night of his 60th birthday. Inspector Granger questions 6 people who last saw the victim to find the killer. The big question is, who pulled the trigger and why?
-
‼️ Potential suspects:
- Amanda Travers (Jeremy’s Wife) - Anna (copywriter)
- Barbara Travers (Jeremy’s Daughter) - Jocelle (copywriter)
- Gordon Smith (Business Partner of Jeremy) - Saqib (SEO)
- Claudia Simeone (Jeremy’s Personal Assistant) - Myia (HR)
- Dr. Felix Rowe (Family Doctor) - Alex (SEO)
- Pierre Leclerc (Private Chef) - Jabagh (web developer)
Inspector Granger (Host / Moderator) - Tati (HR)
Peaceful resident (who gets to vote) - Konstantin (video editor)
-
🍵 So here's the tea:
- Barbara and Gordon are engaged, but Jeremy doesn't approve of their relationship.
- Amanda is very vocal about her dislike of Claudia and insinuates that she might be having an affair with Jeremy.
- Claudia denies Amanda's allegations, but her intrusive presence in the Travers's household is starting to be suspicious.
- Amanda found Jeremy's body the next morning, claiming she didn't notice anything unusual at night.
- Chef Pierre is constantly present in the Travers' household and overhears many things. He's acting too chill, but he might know more than he claims to be.
-
🕵 Time for questioning
Inspector Granger asked all 6 people of their whereabouts on the night of the murder:
Amanda: Fast asleep in the room she shares with Jeremy
Barbara: Taking a quiet walk to the boathouse
Gordon: Reading a book in the library
Claudia: Checking letters inside Jeremy's study
Dr. Rowe: Went out to get some fresh air
Chef Pierre: Stepped out to smoke in the garden near Jeremy's study
-
😮 But wait, the plot thickens...
- Dr. Rowe reveals he had an affair with Amanda! Amanda firmly denies the affair, but could this be a motive for murder?
- Amanda reveals a troubled marriage with Jeremy. Is it possible that she conspired with Dr. Rowe?
- Barbara confessed to having a heated confrontation with her father just before his death, where he threatened to cut her out of the will if she married Gordon. Could it have possibly driven Barbara to kill her dad?
- Gordon mentioned he gifted Jeremy a gun. Is it for self-defense or something more sinister?
- Gordon reveals there were discrepancies in Jeremy's finances. Who could be behind it, and was someone blackmailing the victim?
- Claudia mentioned she has access to all of Jeremy's business documents. Was she just a devoted assistant or someone with an ulterior motive?
-
🤔 So, whodunnit?
After all the lies and bluffing, who do you think is the killer?
Well, it is...
**drum roll, please 🥁 **
Gordon! 😱
The motive: Jeremy was planning to oust Gordon from the company and block his marriage to Barbara. Gordon also knew where the pistol was kept and had the motive to make it look like a suicide.
-
So, what does this mean for everyone at the scene? Well...
Gordon: **straight to jail** 🚨
Barbara: **listening to 'Criminal ' by Britney Spears** 💔
Amanda: probably plotting Claudia's murder 👿
Claudia: Unbothered.Moisturized.Happy.In her lane.Focused.Flourishing.💅🏻
Dr. Rowe: **stares at Amanda longingly** 🥹
Chef Pierre: literally and figuratively ✨cooking✨
Inspector Granger: **on her way to a 'Dateline' interview** 😎
Jeremy: still dead 😵
---
And of course, a virtual round of applause to our team members who played their roles well! 👏🏻
But what's good acting without the awards, right? 😉
