How We Celebrated Remote Work Appreciation Day at Top Position!
March 7th was Remote Work Appreciation Day, and we made sure to celebrate in true Top Position style by bringing the team together (virtually, of course!) for a day of fun, surprises, and a little friendly competition!
At Top Position, remote work means flexibility and building an amazing culture, no matter where we are. So, to show our appreciation for our incredible team, we introduced the Spin the Wheel of Perks!

At our daily meeting, team members got the chance to spin our virtual Wheel of Perks, landing on rewards like:

- Lunch on Us – Delivered straight to their door.

What we wanted most was to see everyone come together, celebrate our wins, and enjoy the perks that make Top Position such an awesome place to work.
