How it All Began
The Beginning: Rent For Event
Our journey began in 2016 with Rent For Event, an AV production and rental company. By 2020, the pandemic hit the event industry hard, forcing us to turn to digital marketing to survive and grow.
A Turning Point
Through digital marketing, we transformed Rent For Event from a struggling business to a $7M+ annual revenue company, expanding nationwide, securing clients like Netflix, CBS, and TikTok, and dominating search rankings in major U.S. cities.
The Birth of Top Position, previously Ursa Star
Seeing the impact of digital marketing, we founded Top Position (formerly Ursa Star) in 2021—a full-service agency specializing in SEO, PPC, web development, and digital advertising to help businesses grow, attract customers, and boost revenue.

Our hiring process typically includes:

Our team operates in the New York/LA time zones (EST/PST), so candidates should be comfortable working in these hours.

Yes! We are a fully remote company, and all roles allow you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

While qualifications depend on the role, we look for experience in digital marketing (at least 2 years), a strong results-oriented mindset, proficiency in English (B2-C1), and a passion for innovation & AI (we love it!).
Some positions may also require Russian language skills for internal communication.
